The North and East Neighborhood Council's Planning and Zoning Committee works to ensure a high quality of life and prosperity for North and East residents, businesses and institutions.
The committee seeks to promote current and future development in a manner which fosters the sense of a balanced, prosperous and harmonious community.

The committee reviews requests from residents and businesses who are building or adding to a local property and then makes recommendations to the Neighborhood Council for approval.
