Everyone who lives or owns a business in the North and East is a member of the Neighborhood Council, including our several churches. The North & East Neighborhood Council is the largest of 37 neighborhood councils in the city of Richmond, California. It serves as a forum for sharing information with residents, gives residents an opportunity for dialogue about important issues, provides feedback to elected officials and is a springboard for community activism.
Our council is a dynamic gathering of neighbors who care about the community and want to help enhance life here. It’s an incubator for new ideas and a platform for action. Join us!
